Just bought a 420d 66 plate and I couldn't be happier. The whole purchase process is very relaxed and not pushy at all. I was allowed to view the car on my own, without a sales person hovering over me. The stock these guys have is unreal and it is very impressive. There was a little mix up with my car only having one key, but I was instantly given a 250 refund and I have one on order from BMW. Overall very happy with my purchase and absolutely loving my new car. I will, and have already recommended these guys to my friends. 5*

I can't fault them ....Excellent customer service nothing was too much trouble and the purchase of my new car (which incidentally was immaculate) was quick easy and hassle free. I would recommend these guys highly. My husband will be back to buy a car shortly!
I went with my friend to purchase a BMW 4 Series Blue colour 6 months ago. When we went to view the car it looked good we agreed a price and we left the dealership happy. The dealer asked us to leave a review as he quoted people do not trust us because we are Asian. At this point we trusted the dealer and with his service. My rule of thumb is to test the car before leaving a review. After 6 weeks the gearbox went faulty. Luckily my warranty had 4 months left and covered this fault. BMW replaced the gearbox eventually. I then received a letter from the BMW group advising my vehicle safety recall must be replaced. This was AFTER I purchased the car and was not made aware at the point of sale. This has caused me severe stress and irritation which means I need to take a day off work to book a day with BMW dealership to address this faultI find it appalling the dealer would put my life at risk we trusted him when leaving the dealership. He has now broke out trust and left a bad after thought about his service. He has proven to be untrustworthy and a cow boy dealer. I hope this review will wake people up and warn them not to purchase anything from this dealer.
