Don't know about their sales people, but my Service experience was literally worst in my life. The attitude is horrible, they don't do what they promise, feel comfortable to significantly delay the process, interest level in customer problem is zero, they don't call back, don't wash the car etc. etc. I wouldn't go back even for free.
All very pleasant. The VW cars look sparkling. You get what you pay for I guess.
I was nervous about going into a main dealer to buy a car as it seemed like a daunting experience but the whole team were brilliant, they are all very friendly and polite.My salesman Anthony was fantastic. He was knowledgable, non-pushy and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.I will have no problems in going back and buying my next car through them.

A relatively painless car buying process. Often this can appear very confrontational and always stressful. I'm sure both parties came out of the discussions content with the end result. Luke was always calm and professional, no what I can only call "overselling". He allowed us time to make the decision. I look forward to picking up the car next week.
