Very rude reception staff. Condescending towards any problem you have and very forceful.
I have several chronic conditions. I haven't been able to see a doctor for months about my symptoms getting worse. My experience with the doctors have been varied but most of the time they are excellent - when you can see one. Frustrated and stressed doesn't cover it
Used to love this practice but the new appointments system has simply rendered it a non-service. If you never ever want an appointment to see a doctor then this is the practice for you.
Phoned up 6 times today and after listening to good few minutes of prerecorded message I finally got the option to speak to reception, although I didn't because as soon as I pressed it I was sent back to begining of automated service. Used yo love it but now thinking of changing it. Shame....
