Thoughtless obnoxious staff, GPs included. The staff at this surgery lack thought, consideration and compassion for its service users. As an ex patient of this practice I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I would advise strongly that you seek care elsewhere. They do not put my elder relatives care needs first either and lack consideration when they are dealing with vulnerable dementia patients, my grandfather being one of them. I strongly advise anyone that has any issues with this practice to report them immediately the Care Quality Commission and if its a specific complaint about your GP then report them to the General Medical Council. Its a sad day when you put your trust in these people and they break that trust.
Excellent surgery with caring and efficient staff.
Rubbish medical center, I always avoid the doctors unless urgent however they always speak to me as though I'm wasting their time. A receptionist wouldn't even put me through to a doctor, telling me to go to a pharmacy instead. Never ever had a good experience here. They also manager to mix up my 18 year old sister and 52 year old mothers prescriptions! Such a silly mistake which could have been serious. Absolutely disgraceful medical centre needs something done.
