The main reason I'm giving it one star is that the receptionist Linda Morris is so rude every single time I come in and she talks down to people all the time, never met someone with such an attitude, the doctors are great but she makes going to the doctors unbearable as she is unbelievably rude

Since dr connary retired. This has become the worst doctors surgery I have ever had to use. They have misdiagnosed. Show no duty of care. So much so that I have now moved to a better more caring practice.
This place and it's doctors and staff are a joke. I have been on depression medicine nearly six months and without warning this practice has mistaken me off the patient register and left me wirh no medication. They are fully aware that I have serve mental health issues and they just told me to go away. No duty of care. Staff are rude.
I am aged 71 with Type 2 diabetes and controlled / managed blood pressure. The level of service is therefore important to me and I cannot speak to highly of this practice.I have been a patient of the practice for over 15 years. The original partners have long retired and the current partners are now aged circa in their 30s -40s with a wide range of complimentary professional skills in addition to being first class dedicated GPS.The practice staff are always courteous and helpful despite the challenges of working in primary care under constant financial pressure and with the ever increasing expectations of patients and oft times with their unreasonable and selfish demands. No doubt on occasion brought on by health worries.The practice has a wide age range of patients with diverse needs.
