Simply made an appointment for emergency as I was very very sick today. The blonde female receptionist with pony tail is really rude. I cant understand why she has to criticise me about making an emergency appointment regarding to the fact that I kept vomiting for the entire morning. She seems like treating non-Asian student in a proper, decent manner. Super not happy with this. Racist.
Long waiting time.The lady with the headband at the reception is very passive aggressive.
Doctor was very kind, professional and caring, but waiting time was a bit too long.
Perfectly nice place. Hard to see the same person every time but I haven't had anyone I wasn't at least satisfied with. Kind of busy but with as many students as there are that's unavoidable
Do not waste time with Dr. Porter unless you like watching an amateur artist doodle fish. Dr. Taylor is fantastic, but only available as a temp during term time. The waiting times are often ridiculous. Regularly exceeds 40 minutes, have waited more than an hour before.Would have left surgery a long time ago if I had not found Dr. Taylor, through recommendation of one of the many receptionists, who are also fantastic.
