Four days in the row I tried to call and to book an appointment for my baby boy,who is with a high temperature and bad cough. No appointment left at 8:20am in the morning:( I think Mr Z.Khan must look that is going on in reception,because receptionist is very rude:) She is not a doctor and she can tell go in the pharmacy.The pharmacist do not write a doctor notes:)
Very bad service, they put many people in high green then you cant get appointment, while forest practices which in the same building is always empty. Also if you are lucky and got appointment then you have to wait up more half hour to see doctor.
Takes minimum 30 mins to get through to reception just to know that no appointment left for the day (or in upper parliament street). Tried booking online and all the appointments are full for a week. I have been trying to see a doctor since Dec 2017. This high green medical practice is a joke!!!
Mother in law has just waited over 45mins to see the doctor, this is in the evening after 6pm such a slow service. Always an excuse but the service is ridiculously slow.
Correction added after further visits. Once a great Doctor's Surgery. Been there for years and years. I was upset to see negative comments on here. However, now I understand, processes over people. Made me feel awful. Once you always got the feeling they cared. I think my problem was is that I work. Probably fine if you do not work. If you work, may be worth considering a different Surgery. Further correction: Must admit that the Doctors remain as fantastic as they have always been. Whatever admin problems there may be or system and processes that impact you. The Doctors remain 1st Class. It makes me proud to be English.
