Waiting time was frustrating to say I had an appointment....then again I wait that long at my own GP'S surgery. The doctor I saw was apologetic...I can imagine they are busy here.
I pay 80 a week national insurance that pays for the NHS and they wouldn't let me use the toilet as i wasn't registered. Absolutely disgusting the attitude of the reception staff.
Always been treated well and with professionalism when I've used this service
Shame it's stopped being a walking centre.
