Always found them to be friendly yet efficient, and had zero issues whatsoever with them. Literally haven't been able to fault them
My partner had a smear in a March this year. She was told that the average waiting period is about 4 up to 10 weeks. We were waiting for 4 months and didn't get any answer so I decided to phone surgery receptionists for lat month was keep telling me to phone next week because they have no answer yet. Today one of them told me that they send to us a letter advising us that something went wrong and the smear needs to be repeated. Before this examination we said that we will change our address so we asked for call us when they will get results. Nobody was bothered to do it. For almost 6 months anybody could move to other address or anything could happen. NHS is ridiculous. What I pay for ???? Bunch of negligent bastards. Waiting 6 months for information that examination needs to be done again. F.....in' ridiculous!!! I strongly don't recommend this surgery!!!
