I couldnt be happier with the service I received at this vets. Myself and my family were made to feel extremely comfortable especially under the circumstances of our visit. Unfortunately we had to have our family pet of 14 years put to sleep but the way in which we and our dog was treated couldnt have been better. Again many thanks for everything.
I have been coming to this vet for some years now after 2 recommendations, I tried several in the area only to find they put money before my pets and drag suffering out for profit. This practice is honest and very reasonable on price, they even come out of hours for little extra, the last vet wanted a ridiculous 3k for a weekend op, here it is usual rates and very cheap at that. Very knowledgeable vet, highly recommended.
Used many vets over last 25 years Ben is the most honest and experience d so far would recommend him to everyone who has any kind of pet his knowledge is unlimited our sharpei was diagnosed with sharpei fever and since changing to Ben he had proved to be a wealth of information on the illness he takes time with each visit and explains things honestly and directly we take all 3 animals now and they all go quite happily no dragging them in as in previous vets keep up the good work
Excellent vet. I was very anxious bringing in our two rabbits for vaccinations and nail trims as they can get upset when restrained. He was great at handling them, very patient with us as well and took the time to go through handling techniques and gave us a lot of information. Im really glad we have these vets so close by.
Most honest vet we've found, Ben is very knowledgeable and knows how to deal with any kind of dog. We have a handful German shepherd and that's not a problem.. other vets just refuse to see him because he is not a fluffy little thing.He is also someone that won't waste our money, other places would jump right to an operation and make the most of it and he doesn't.. and this was actually why we found him. 5 stars and rare to find nowadays... thank you for everything. You definitely have here customers for life.
