Wanted 45 for dog vaccination boosters and health check. 27 at Lawrence vets in Eastwood. Shop around, they over charge!

I can't thank the vets and staff at Ashfield House enough, especially the amazing surgeon Katy and Gabi, the night vet nurse. My cat had an emergency last Friday and she was desperately ill. I was certain Boo wasn't going to make it through Thanks to everyone there, only 3 day's later Boo was allowed home and is loving life as if nothing has happened The practice is very clean and light. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much effort. I was expecting the bill to be in the thousand's, as a lot of intervention was required, to save her life but the reality was less than half of what I expected, so very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend the surgery to every pet owner.

This Vet Hospital is excellent. They don't rip you off. Your given choices and treatments which are the best for you and your pet. Payment options are good and the staff are really helpful. They don't deserve a 1 star rating. The hospital is very clean and very well laid out, the exam rooms are as you would expect and tbh treating a pet when they become ill is an expensive exercise.

Disgraceful service! We gave you his entire medical history - the receptionist even scanned it into the system - yet the vet still finds it necessary to write everything down which we have already told you and that should be on his record. This is the second time you have messed up our dog's medication - first you give us the wrong dosage and then you don't even put it through in the first place! He is a very nervous dog, and although he does not need a muzzle, he has to wear one at the vets for some reason. He has no intention of biting, yet the vet seems to think that because he is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier that he will bite. As a result of this, the vet decided to ask my mum to put his muzzle on. As we expected, he tried to paw it off yet the vet did not seem to care that he was clearly upset! I'm not surprised that he wouldn't go anywhere near her! You have now been successful in making him even more nervous. We will be removing Ziggy from this vet, and our cat Millie too.

John looked after and put to sleep our dog for 17 years, operated on her throat, got her through a stroke, and seen my rabbits, he's an amazing man. Maria spayed my rabbit Faith and did an amazing job I cannot thank her enough, also saw my rabbit that died Toffee. They are all amazing, vets, vet nurses and receptionists. Would not go anywhere else with my animals.
