Very slow. On an emergency visit 30 minutes before being triaged when paying 150 is not acceptable. Assuming my stupid mutt steals more chocolate at some point I won't being using them again.Once seen by a vet treatment was good. We were told it would be 40 minutes wait whilst doggo vomited and recovered but we waited over twice thatWhilst we were waiting other animals came in for emergency appointments and waited even longer than we did to see a vet.I wish I'd taken a few minutes to check out other emergency vets as I'm sure going elsewhere would have resulted in quicker treatment but I stupidly went with top search hit. Lesson learned

I had to take my mums beloved 14 year old yorkie to the vets as an emergency at 2.30 in the morning. The vet was brilliant. Unfortunately Ted had to go to doggy heaven. The vet was so kind and understood how difficult this was for me. She treated Ted with respect and he passed peaceful and with the respect he deserved. Thank you so much for the kind treatment.We cannot be more grateful. Kerry
Recently had as to take my cat to vets now ,we were treated with the utmost respect and dignity at a difficult time.
My dog, Ruby was seen within an hour of contacting them ( including travel), was thoroughly examined and left at the practice for rehydration and further tests. She was there from 9am to 10pm. I was kept informed by telephone of her progress.
