We were stuck without a car having been let down by a different provider. Needed an automatic and none were available anywhere in town at short notice. However this office went the extra mile to obtain one through a significant amount of effort. Thanks to all the staff but in particular Jack for their efforts. David Thompson
Not my idea of fun checking over a downgrade on my normal car, in the dark and rain, taking 20-mins after 20-mins travel with a 250 excess and 50 deposit and 5 signatures for a 30 a day car. Too much effort for a courtesy car

Fast, friendly and efficient. Only gripe hence four stars the insurance excess waiver they hit you with and it would be great if you get a full tank of fuel like they do in Australia and New Zealand.
Our car broke down while on the way to cornwall so we had to rent a car. We booked to pick up a for focus or similar car on the Sunday at 11am. Sunday morning we are informed that the car won't be available for pick up until 3 - 3:30pm on Sunday. In the end we got the car at 4pm, although that was more down to the previous drivers late arrival and so in the end we had to set of on the Monday. However the staff were all lovely and very polite and helpful on both pick up and drop off (there were two different sets of staff working on each occasion). If it hadn't had been for the error in pick up time then it would have been 5 stars but we missed another day which could have been spent with family that we usually only see once a year due to this.
