I've booked and paid for the car online for 3 days in advance. I received a call in the morning from their caustomer service representative Matt who was doing a check on my ID and debit card. While paying debit card apparently checks not always follow through. Matt was trying to find me a solution but unfortunately since I don't use credit card (payments with credit car go through straight away) and don't have additional driver whose card we could use the reservation was cancelled. Since I've prepaid for the reservation it will now take approximately around 7 days to get my money back. The only positive aspect about this place was Matt who was trying to help me and find a solution but unfortunately options failed us.
Enterprise sorted a one way rental from Beckenham in Kent to Nottingham for me. It was no hassle and customer service was excellent in both branches (as usual).
Asked 3-4 times for them to Stop. Calling. Me. Always chasing up my insurance claim. They confirmed they noted it on my file... 2 more calls today so they deserve 1*
All I can say is that it has been a pleasure from beginning to end. The staff, Lami and Sophie could not have been more helpful or polite. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.
