Booked online and confirmed by telephone. Told me 2 different excesses. 400 but when collected car went up to 1100 excess. Expressed my concerns but they didnt want know. Girl at desk quite rude

Was able to hire within 2hrs using the online portal, having never hired from EuropCar before. Just ensured I authorised the online check in and had DVLA license code beforehand. Prices were good value too and very pleasant staff. Great city centre location so getting there was easy. Will happily use again.
