Sat around for over an hour trying to get a salesmans attention, when I finally did he couldnt have been quicker to get me out of the door. I wanted a small sofa to match the one Id already got, promised a call back Monday after theyve spoken to the factory and surprise surprise no call. I called them today to now be told there isnt anything they can do as the sales now ended (do sales ever end there)! Rude and unwelcoming, if you want any kind of customer service, go anywhere but here.

Around three years ago now I purchased two reclining chairs from the DFS Furniture Store at Castle Meadow Retail Park Nottingham . With being a long term back-pain sufferer I needed good quality comfortable chairs to support my back. Many thanks to Josh in the sales team for his assistance in helping me to decide which to buy and setting up my delivery. DFS provide a first-class service, would definitely recommend this store. I don't normally write reviews however I'm sat comfortable on my sofa right now. So I came into this store 5 months ago on the intention on buying a new sofa with my partner and little girl. The store was empty as it was late into the day, we had plenty to look at. We agreed on the sofa that we wanted to buy, we told a member of staff that was walking past us that we wanted to buy a sofa. He said he was busy dealing with someone else, so we're still standing next to the sofa we wanted to purchase. We could see 3 members of staff looking directly at us from the glass office located in the middle of the store. Did any off them come and see us ?...... NO did they hell ! Me and my little girl even sat on the sofa and counted the 3k cash out I had in my pocket thinking they would soon be over to us when they could see how much cash we had on us. No that didn't work either, even though all 3 of them made eye contact with me from across the way. We was probably in this shop nearly 45 minutes looking around and waiting. We decided to go next door to furniture village instead, soon I we walked in we told them how poor your service was.! Within 5 minutes I had a coffee in my hand. 15 minutes later the lady made a sale 2500. 7 weeks later my new sofa was delivered to me. 3 months after that I'm sat on my comfty sofa writing my review on my shopping experience
The amount of choice makes ya head spin. Lucky the wife was at hand. The sales guy was great helped us choose a nice leather recliner.Would recommend to others.
