Not only are the products of very high quality in general but the service level is excellent. They have a deep sense of "customer" in fact it took me back to the days that I used to work at G A Dunn and Co as a manager when gentlemen used to come for fitted suits and tweed jackets and everybody was called sir. Madam had a seat and was well looked after with tea and coffee whilst sir was persuaded to try on probably the only things he would buy for the next 10 years LOL. I use this analogy because this is like hopewells you going you get served extremely well you get looked after as a customer and when you buy something it will last you a long time. The experience of buying at hopewells is as good as the products themselves. It is a family business in fact I was served by one of the directors and I spoke briefly with one of the family. Our family has a long history with hopewells and after having an horrendous experience with a retail chain and finally went for quality and was amazed that it did not come with a Premium price tag.I'm extremely happy with my purchase but what I'm most happy about is the service. It took me almost 3 hours to buy a sofa and a bed but I actually feel that I was listened to and that I was asked questions I hadn't thought of and I was not push towards the most expensive product in fact far from it! I sincerely believe hopewells have the customer experience and our interests at heart. Well done and a fabulous 10 out of 10 review from me.Finally before I go the rooftop cafe in the summer is Glorious but if you're in the city centre it is worth popping in to the cafe here as they do some very nice food!

Bought a sofa from Hopewell's and its great. Very comfortable and after 3 years it still looks new. My next sofa will be from them. Also saw last week that Ted Baker also do material for them. One of my favs.
