This would of been a 0 star but after many hours on the phone we called in a shop (castle marina) the young lade there was absolutely fantastic.
Great service in store and helped us all the time with our issues. But the customer servises is absolutely shocking. Sofa delivered two weeks late, one piece missing and the delivery crew damaged a brand new floor because they did not put the feet on. Eveytime we phone them they say be back to you in 72 hours they never come back and just cut you off. Public liability never come back to you.We had to get the help of the store manager to get this resolved brand new sofa on it's way and he is contacting public liability for us.I would give the store 5 stars and there customer services department 0 and a lesson in customer services. Just found out our replacement furniture will not be delivered until march
Great product very helpful staff
Was given excellent service at store which sold them our couch, got two week express delivery and was surprised when given a product that didn't come apart as sold to us. Sofa then had to be made, this is back in April and has since been delayed two more times with no explanation. Don't know when I may get this couch, possibly before Xmas, holding thumbs. Surprisingly won't be reccomending them ever!
We are very satisfied of the service provided. It was quite busy. We delt with Dec and he was great, very patient and he did stay with us after hours helping us to load the sofa. I recommend this place, and especially the seller.
