Very bad customer service. The sales person in the store told me a lot of lies. I ordered furniture in December; the sales person said that if prices got reduced after Christmas I would pay that price. After Christmas there was a reduction in prices and the sales person refused to match that price. I agree with the reviews on here: they will say yes to anything before you sign the contract. After you sign it, it all changes. Very disrespectful selling strategies.
The sales guys in this store are punch of deceivers! BE careful and Aware! they will promise and bluff all the way about delivery, dates etc, as soon as you make the payment, it all changes! total disrespect to the customers. I Will not walk in every again there. Never sign or pay up front. most of their stuff is non refundable too!

I originally was going to my local city to look at dfs as i wanted a good quality sofa and chair, however there was a furniture village store there too. Not being able to find anything to suit my requirements, price or taste at dfs i thought i would look at furniture village. I found a lovely suite! The price definitely reflects the quaity and unlike most other stores furniture village offer a managers discretion discount which is fantastic. The staff where friendly and dont try to pressure you.Spent a few hours in store so the coffee machine and cookies on offer was a great touch. Overall decent prices for great quality products, lovely in store environment, Fantastic staff. Even the delivery was on time and the delivery staff were great
Went shopping to look for a new bed, nest of tables and sideboard. On entry was met by Sam, told him exactly what we wanted and he showed us the various products that were either on display or brought them up on in store display. Sam was very polite and knowledgeable on products in store and all in all was a pleasurable shopping experience!
