Agree with the negative reviews here. Very bad experience and poor customer service. Not worth what you are paying for. PLEASE AVOID!
Great experience from visiting Notts show room to our installed kitchen. Went back to the show room a few times to check we had made the right decision on colours. Designs ideas were great and the drawings look exactly like our kitchen!

It took four visits and months of waiting to install our wardrobe. Customer service is very poor. Say theyll ring back and dont. At one point it had been so long they told us they had lost our wardrobe and where trying to find it. One month after fitting, one of the doors now doesnt close properly. All they give is events beyond our reasonable control excuse. One time the installation didnt take place because they forgot to tell the fitter to come (but again this was beyond their reasonable control!). After the third failed fitting and months of waiting I asked to cancel the order and they said I couldnt and would charge me if I did. Poor service.
Poor customer service especially in sorting out sliding doors on wardrobe which 3 months post fitting are rubbing against each other
