Went into the shop several occasions, one man was alright to chat with and helped us. The other man that we dealt with, not so great. Lacking customer service skills. Ordered 2 beds to be delivered, paid, was told they'd be delivered between 10am and 1pm. I Called after 1pm and queried what sort of time they'd arrive to be told "They'll be there at some point today" the beds arrived at 3pm and then wasn't assembled as I was originally told before buying.In short... won't be buying from here again. Poor experience.
We went into their showroom in Sherwood.Chose a suite we liked but not the colour.They gave us a selection of choices for the leather and cushions and told us it could be made to our specifications and delivered in 1 week.1 week later our 4 seater sofa crushed velvet and leather arms was delivered right on schedule.Great service, great price and great product for our budget.
After spending years buying new furniture from the big national furniture shops that carry the big price tags I thought that this time I would try looking elsewhere as I was in need of a new sofa. I was recommended Kings Furniture by a friend that had recently purchased a new wardrobe from here so thought I would give them a try. Straight away I found my perfect sofa, I couldn't believe how cheap it was in comparison to what I was used to paying and how good the quality was. The staff were really helpful and even delivered it to my house fitting it around my busy work schedule. Thanks again guys, I love my new sofa!
