It is about their shop. My order arrived damaged. I emailed,phoned,no reply. Tried to put a one star review on their website which is full (surprise surprise)with 5 star ones,it did not allow me to. Avoid like plague.

Had my first appointment with vicky today. absolute amazing hairdresser , salon is bright stylish. All products were explained, amazing hair cut and style and shes so lovely too. Couldnt recommend enough.Love my hair , thank you Vicky ( she gave the best head massage too ) cant wait to return
I ordered a three products from this store 13 days ago. I have rang twice in two days and have been told both days that I will receive my product tomorrow. This hasn't happened, there has been no adequate level of customer service given or shown on behalf of this company. The products order are Christmas presents which need to be wrapped and delivered to a different county by today. Very disappointed to be letting somebode down and can safely say for this reason will never shop with this company again.
Again like others have said I wish I had read the online reviews before placing my online order. Absolute joke. Was assured the product would arrive two days before the event I purchased it for. I phoned the first time to chase it was assured it would be here before the event. Phoned again after I still hadnt received it on the day it was needed. No tracking number existed. I explained I needed it for today. She said she would cancel the order and refund the money. So I queried as to whether the item had ever been sent. She replied were Insured?!?! I dont even believe the product was dispatched as there was no tracking number. Absolute scam.
