I parked my car here for 7-8 hours, when I came back my side passenger door was scratched. I called them up and they said they don't take responsibility. I only parked here for my first day at work, the way the price laid out is you will only see it once you enter the car park. Parking space is very small and price is Extortionate. I was charged 18 for 7-8 hours of stay. If you're gonna charge that amount then at least take some responsibility for vehicles getting damaged on your property.
I was at a conference at the Albert Hall, so got two days parking for 12 once ticket was validated. To validate you have to put your original ticket in, followed by the validation ticket given by the staff at the hall. The bays were very spacious, really good. I parked up the top overnight, no problems. If the ticket hadnt been validated, it would have been 36.
Parked here for evening at Nottingham Playhouse. There is an arrangement to pay reduced fees. We had our ticket validated to reduce the fee to 6 but when we used the it we were charged 18. As there was no one to help we had to pay to leave. Returned to Playhouse to discover this is an issue for them. Contacted NCP by email immediately with evidence of error but so far nothing. I live in hope of not being completely ripped off. Beware!
Nice car park with very spacious bays. However, it is very expensive! I had a meeting in Nottingham and a couple of car parks were full, so I was left with no choice but to use this one. I was in Nottingham for just over 5 hours, and had to pay for a full 24 hours worth of parking of 18! That is the most I've had to pay for parking outside of London. If you go over 8 hours say, then you can charge for a 24 hours rate, not 5 hours!
