I parked in this car park on Friday evening and returned at 1.15am to find it locked. I was told by the hotel that it locked at 1.00am and that I certainly wasn't the first this happened to.. I had to get a taxi home and then return by taxi the following morning. The chap who opened up says he thought there were signs, however when I looked around where my car was park and the exit there were no signs visible. There is a sign above the shutter door on the front. However, when you drive in how many of you look above, none as you are looking straight ahead ready to take your ticket from the machine. How many when you are walking out of the car park look behind you!! This has proved to be an expensive evening. Q Park you need to sort out your signage
Parked there today with my sister & had trouble with my card when leaving so a staff member, Alan, helped me out. Good customer service, will be back again
Very expensive. Prepaid but barrier wouldn't let me in or out. Had to call for help. Staff were very helpful indeed, hence the 2 stars but still not worthy of the astronomical charges.
