very poor for such an expensive car park!i used this car park everyday when i worked within town & i would discover homeless people in the stairwells in a coma-like-state, apparently after consuming 'spice' on the premises, projectile vomit on the walls & stair rails. Car has been scratched whilst parked here & stupid prices for town parking. i now use Intu Car Park as cheaper & far better in quality!!!!
Great secure parking with number plate recognition for quick exit
To be honest I wanted to o to give this one star as it's very expensive to park a small car. However it is very easy to access and very close to amazing shopping.
Convenient place to park ones vehicleAlso, if you are going to Cineworld in the corner house, be sure to put your parking ticket in the little white machine on the old box office tills to get cheaper parking (3.00 for every 4 hours I believe)
Whilst the location of the car park is good, and the bays are a good size and well lit, I still don't feel that this car park measures up to other car parks. It felt very scruffy, with many facilities in poor repair. This included one of the lifts which, as I was traveling with a wheelchair user, meant it took close to 10 minutes to return to my car from the foot entrance. The foot entrance was also not secure, meaning anyone was able to gain entry (including some who made my partner feel quite threatened). Given the car park was at best mediocre, the cost of parking felt very steep (close to 5 for under an hour's parking). Not a car park I intend to return to
