I was a little stuck as I had forgotten my purse but had already parked before I realised Saturday 19th Jan, fortunately a family member was in town so I borrowed the money for my parking from them, however I only had 3 to pay and owed 4, Alan very kindly reprinted me a ticket for 3 so I could get out. Very friendly and helpful and much appreciated!
Pre booked parking for Saturday 22nd December as we were going to Rock City. Park here regularly when going to gigs, never had any problems with security. When we arrived I realised I couldn't get into the car park due to the new barriers (my truck is pretty high up) Liam came to assist, directed me to the other entrance and ensured I could get in , went out of his way to help so many thanks to him.
Parked at Talbot Street overnight M6-T7 Nov 2018 whilst on business, returning to find had flat battery. Fiona, my Parking Host tried to boost the battery, but alas it was too flat, so RAC called.Whilst waiting, nothing was too much trouble for Fiona,. She made sure I could exit on my overnight fee of 17.50, which was very fair on all counts. The car park was clean & tidy, staff pleasant and very helpful, and but for my car battery everything worked! But Fiona made it a 5 Star experience, ensuring I got to my next appointment on time. Parked here between meetings in and out of the city centre but left my ticket on my desk and didn't have time to go back to the office to get it as had to be back for the school run. Thought I was going to have to pay the 16 lost ticket fee but spoke to attendant Fiona who was really understanding and let me pay for just my parking. When I have misplaced a ticket before I have been dismissed quickly and made to pay the charge without any consideration of circumstances. Excellent customer service thanks Fiona!
VIP Parking booked on line. Good value. As we parked, nice gent from the car park lodge came over to check OK and enquired whether we had a bar code to assist exit later; our email didn't. Instead, took our entry ticket and said when back, exit like normal and buzz the lodge at the barrier and we would be let out. Worked well. Parking was on the ground floor close to the entrance/exit. Very close to Nottingham Trent University City Campus. Really nice chap that helped us on arrival and exit. Friendly and helpful,so Thank You to him.
