Staff take no pride in there work. Stay well clear if you want any work doing on your bike especially the services, which are an absolute rip off. Only pro is they have some decent parts and cheap inner tubes, but only good if you want to do the work yourself.
Awesome store staff very helpful. Fabulous advice for my new custom built road bike. Only licensed Basso dealers in the UK. Staff was very knowledgeable and up to date with modern road bikes. The quality of the build from Dan the Workshop Manager is incredible, and is comparable to my old race bikes. Fantastic.
Brilliant service, not only did they help me with choosing the best bike and outfitting it, they also helped deal with the finance aspect which took several hours of their time to sort out. They patiently help me and provided assistance during the entire stay over 2 days. I cant list personal names on this public review but rest assured ill write to their head office about their great service.-Update - Been again and all the staff were helpful in both answering technical questions on the new bike and accommodating my requests i highly recommend this bike shop as the staff ride the same bikes they sell.
