I recently visited Russell's following my epic fail during a handlebar adjustment/lost components issue on my road bike. Mike did a great job getting it back to ship shape form, explained everything very well, and I'm delighted with the service provided. Will definitely be going back for future services. There was a slight delay in getting the part (no fault of Russell's shop - it was a difficult part to get) However, Mike made sure I had a complimentary bike (Raleigh Strada -great bike) to use for a couple of days.This was much appreciated and illustrates the great customer service they give. Great place! Came to the rescue on my cycle to work this morning after getting a puncture and managing to ruin the spare. Replacement tube purchased and fitted in the warmth and safety of the shop.See you again soon.
