If you like cheap bikes and poor service, this is the place for you. Not a decent bit of kit in sight, and when asked if they bleed disc brakes, was told 'nobody does that any more'.
By far the worst service done to my bicycle ever. Misaligned brake blocks on both wheels, gears just stopped working... never again.
Went in here yesterday and the couple seemed very friendly and let us ride the bikes. We had our eye on one and we'd told the couple we'd think about it as it was quite pricey for a second hand bike. The next day my partner rang up to see if they'd do it for a tiny big less. They were not very friendly at all over the phone and tried to sell the bike five pound more than the day before. We found that odd and inexcusable. We will not be purchasing a bike from here due to this couple due to their unfairness and lack of politeness.Unbelievable. I'd avoid this place if I were you.
I was able to have my inner tube changed in just over an hour at very short notice. Absolutely excellent service. Very impressed, I will be going back.
Needed a part for my exercise bike. Had it in stock, gave me advice and all back up and running! Great service
