Fantastic store! Popped in with a non working apple car play and one particular member of staff, Jack was fantastic! He spent well over an hour fixing it for me in the dark and cold! His glamourous assistant Dave was also there to help a damsel in distress! I cant thank them enough! I was very impressed with the service I received!
Quick service, very knowledgeable and even came out of the store and measured the parts I needed.
Went to ask for help with my wiper blade today, as I recently purchased a new blade from them but found that it was answering water across my windscreen. I was served by Phil and he was amazing. He replaced the blade instantly to remove it as a possible problem, cleaned the screen with rain X and gave me advice on next steps if they didn't do the trick. Top notch customer service; thank you, Phil :)
Went in for a spark plug spanner. Staff reasonably helpful but I find it very unprofessional to have very loud chart music from the car stereos and all the (very young) staff, male and female, dancing to it behind the counter whilst being served. THIS IS NOT A NIGHT CLUB IT'S HALFORDS for God's sake. Grow up and act appropriately.
