Proper gym and everybody is really friendly! 5 stars from me.
This gym has a separate floor for ladies. No gents allowed on the ladies. It is one the the few gums in nottingham that have a separate ladies are. They have very good facilities. Shower, spa, changing area, lockers, toilets and hairdryers. The staff and trainers are very friendly and provide a full workout regime based your particular target.
Good small gym with all the equipment you need at a reasonable price of 20 a month. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is all clean and well maintained.
Brill gym. Only trained here for a month so far. And been made to feel welcome every time I have stepped though the door. Would reckoned to anyone who's looking for a city centre gym.
Great, affordable prices, friendly staff who give advice on workout form and nutrition and fantastic equipment to help reach goals. However, the older gentlemen on reception was very rude when asked questions. I would give 5 stars if not for that.
