I have been using Xercise4less for almost 2 years now, it is a cheap and clean gym with great value for money. Friendly staff are welcoming always happy to help with problems/queries.
I'm a member of this gym. It's great! It has an only-women's section which is where most of our Muslim members use. The staff are friendly and helpful. They make their own brand of energy drinks, protein supplements, and diet boosters. It's got great equipment and great classes. There is something for everyone. However, it doesn't have the Stair Master which is kind of a let down. But overall, it a really good gym. I highly recommend it.
well it's got excellent facilities loads of loose weights and cardio equipment and freindly staff

Great machines, huge, huge space, the membership caters you to avail a lot of classes, it has a spinning corner too. There is a smaller section for female access only so that's a huge plus. Ionly wish there were trainers on the floor that can guide novices.
