THE PLACE JUST GETS WORSE, THING BREAK DOWN AND ARE JUST LEFT AND NOT REPAIRED FOR WEEKS, SOMETIMES EVEN NEVER, THE PUNCHBAGS FOR INSTANCE. THE CAFE, HAS ONLY A ONE STAR FOOD HYGIENE RATING, AFTER AN INSPECTION LAST YEAR. GENERALLY SPEAKING I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE JOINING. THERE IS A NEW PURE GYM OPENING NEARBY, SO CANT WAIT TO LEAVE AND GO THERE, SADLY GOT TO GIVE 3 MONTHS NOTICE.
This is a really good gym. It is clean and tidy, has all the equipment and facilities I need and the staff are friendly. There are the occasional malfunctions, but that's life, it would be good if they were open a bit later at the weekends though.
Great gym. Been going since 2010.Never had a problem and really like the staff.Few issues with air con and changing rooms but nothing in this world is 100 perfect get over it.Highly recommended
Ive been in many health clubs throughout the UK. Ive also worked as a PT and managed my own clubs. Roko is an exceptionally well run, well equipped facility. Lovely staff, great kit and the new changing room refurbishment looks great too. keep up the good work Roko!
They've changed the lockers to use padlocks and never have any to give out so I've got to carry my bag around. We're paying 100/mo, I expect to be able to get a padlock to use the lockers. Also the air con never seems to work so it's far too hot in the gym
