Great place to come and train, blow off steam. A wonderful old school gym, very friendly, always made welcome.
Reggae dancehall venue inside a storage facility. With good security it csn be a well enjoyable night.
I wasnt really a gym person but Rebels really changed that to a point where working out is an every day part of my life!. Ive made loads of friends that I see both in and out of the gym!.
Trained here for a charity fight, awesome place, not the biggest, prettiest or in the best area, but its the people that make it worth going to. Unfortunately I live a bit far away to make it my regular but I've got no issues recommending it to anyone. Ben.
