+ Very well equipped everything you need - extremely busy need to wait for equipment
Good gym but absolutely appalling customer service. Because my bank doesn't support direct debits they wanted me to pay for the next month in advance by card, I said I wasn't sure I want to renew into January and they said the only alternative was to get a refund minus the two days that I've already used - at the day pass rate of 6+ per day!! Even though I've paid for December and a joining fee I can't use the gym!! Asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he is the supervisor, asked for a manager and he said he can't transfer the calls - so now got to wait for a manager to call back - and wanted to go to the gym this morning while it isn't too busy. Shocked at how bad the customer service is.
Great gym Ive been going for almost 2 years has a lot of machines and equipment to target muscle groups and also has cardio machines, there are sessions you can find online to book classes, with the new upgrade the gym is looking very Nice and welcoming. I see a few people boxing when I come here so maybe some boxing facilities would be useful but personally 10/10 from me.
Great staff always on hand and the equipment is good. Heaviest dumbbell is 40kg so if you can lift a gym this might not be your cup of tea. Busy throughout the day so be prepared to share lool
Better before the refurb. Mind boggles they still do not have an ankle strap. Weights everywhere. ..always a mess. But love the vibe..cool people.
