Staff okay, friendly but could help me without making me seem like an idiot a lot.Equipment good, since it's a smaller gym, I accept that there will be a range of stuff but not as much as a bigger gym.Bit busier than it says it should be due to new years and resolutions and stuff so could do with an info change for those times...Overall okay gym, small but usable. Gets what I need done. Nice
Well equipped gym with plenty of free weights and equipment. Always clean and never seems to get too busy, even at peak times!
For the price I don't think you can go wrong well equipped gym
Great place to workout, it may look small on the outside but it's got everything you need and is more spacious on the inside. I recommend going in late like around 11pm or so, if you're someone like me and you're just starting out and don't want a crowd looking at you while working out, then u should consider going in after 11pm, some days like Sunday's maybe just after 10pm.
Great gym, great classes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Does get busy at peak times between 4 and 8pm
