Really expensive - obviously owned by the Sheriff of Nottingham! Could only see pay machine on 1st level. Walked up to level 3 then had to come back down to use the machine. Not very clearly marked for stairs entrances.

A very compact car park that has more pillars than car parking spaces. Watch out for them when you try and squeeze your car in to the smallest of parking bays.
I'm a season ticket holder that is looking to leave saint James car park. One they have recently increased the price of it to 107. Two it always smells of really strong urine, which is unpleasant to walk through every morning. Three I have several new dents and marks across my car since parking here from some spaces being way too small. Four I have the constant fear when arriving and leaving that there will be someone coming the other way because the road is sooo narrow
Rip-off parking. Parked for 2 hours 15 minutes on Easter Monday in the evening and was charged 9. This is disgusting and there is no indication of charges on the website so you can't find out before you arrive how much it costs. I should have parked at Parliament Street which is a lot cheaper. I'll never park here again. 0 stars.
