Great service. Very honest and won't try to RIP you off. I phone 5 other bike shops and the all wanted to replace the inner tube on my boys balance bike when I explained it was just the valve. I called in this place as it was local and the nice man in the workshop said no it's not the tube. He took the bike tightened up the valve and it was fixed. In e to know there is some honest people out there. Would highly recommend
I visited the store to have a retul bike fit on Wednesday 30th January 2019. I could not have been more impressed with the service i received. Phil Craddock the service manager carried out the service which was a totally in depth bike fit giving me an invaluable insight into the correct riding position for me as well as a comprehensive report of all relevant measurements. My bikes and cleats were then adjusted accordingly. Further reviews are all part of the service 3 - 4 hours well spent.
Recently demo'd a Specialized Stumpy from this store. Just 50 for 48 hours on a brand new carbon bike, which is amazing when you consider the cost of renting for a day at a trail centre. Absolutely awesome bike, but not sure if 29" wheels are for me. Great to be able to try it out first. Regardless of my opinions on the bike, amazing service from the team here, big thanks to Tom for all the help!

Have received great service from Rob via email conversation. He managed to source a bolt I had trouble getting for my seatpost and got it posted really quickly. Nothing was too much trouble, wish this was my LBS!!
