Sleep in your car or in a shop doorway - the facilites will be superior and you'll feel saferIn the entire week I was at the hotel my room was never cleaned, my sheets never changed and I had to ask at reception when I ran out oftoilet paper or wanted a new towel. The bath was broken, there was no sink plug, the shower was either cold or scalding hot, the blinds by the toilet were broken meaning that I was on full view to the gardens backing on to the hotel when using the toilet. The bed sheets were stained, the TV was broken, and there was no kettle or tea and coffee making facility. The whole hotel smelled of drugs, corridors were dimly lit, and I had the feeling that I was staying in some sort of half-way house, or somewhere rooms are booked by the hour.At night you could hear arguments and fights on the street right outside the hotel. As I was on a business trip I had asked for a VAT receipt or invoice when I left, but reception was boarded up - I mean literally - a piece of wood had been put up to blockit. If Ross Kemp fancies doing another series of the most dangerous places in the world to visit I suggest he starts here.

Horrible.. dirty.. unprofessional, and they do not come to clean your room

My brother booked there for come to visit Nottingham and hi didn't enjoy the stay. The door wasn't working properly, we been locked few times in the room, wasn't any table or chair in the room, couldn't open any windows and we asked for some towels and the manager sended as to check in other room which obviously no one was there.

Arguably the worst hotel Ive stayed in. Only stayed here for a night out in Nottingham so wanted to find somewhere cheap but I dont think this place is even worth 30. The entire place was filthy; the mattress was visibly dirty with stains all over it, there was mould everywhere, the wallpaper was peeling off and the whole place was just depressing. The fingerprint marks on the kitchen walls and the weird red stains in the bathroom was slightly concerning and creepy too. None of us knew whether to laugh or cry when we saw our room. The pictures online of this place is terribly misleading. Would not recommend.

We phoned ahead to ask if we could check in late and were told on the phone that it was fine. We called back on the day to tell them when we'd be arriving and they'd changed their mind. No warning - we were forced to stay somewhere else that night and still had to pay these guys.Once we were finally let in the next day, the place was hilariously bad.THERE WAS A MUSHROOM GROWING IN THE BATHROOM.One star because at least the staff were polite whilst we were there. Apart from that, this place is a joke.
