Easily accessible and free parking.Rooms were decent size however when we got into ours they must have painted it that day as it stank of fresh paint. They had left the window wide open (bearing in mind it was -1c outside) so we shut that and tried to put the heating on and that didn't work either. So we froze for the nightBreakfast was alright just needed to avoid the bread as it was covered in mould.Lovely staff though!
Cheap enough. Small room but clean and comfy. Nice pool and excellent breakfast.
Had to wait almost an hour to check in as hotel couldn't find our reservation. They told us their reservation team doesn't work on the weekends which is ridiculous. After a while they decided to check us in anyway and deal with it the next day. We gave them all the information about the booking we had but they refused to follow up with the site on their own and asked us to do it or else said we need to pay them. Understaffed and bad customer service. On trying to give our feedback we were told they did us s favour by checking us in and could have turned us away if they wanted to but were nice enough to let us stay. We had to call the site ourselves and they said they would deal with it and called the hotel . But after speaking to them the hotel still needed some more information later and instead of calling them back since they already had started communicating with each other they asked to call them again to sort it out otherwise we would have to pay them. All of this during New year's Eve. The room was decent and the breakfast was great. But wouldn't stay here again
Just had a Christmas day meal for 2nd year running. The price, the food and service was excellent this year and last. A must for young families as there is a Santa bearing a gift for each kid. If you fancy getting out for Christmas day dinner I and my family would highly recommend.
Needs alot of work. Rooms cold as heating didn't work. Pillows were rubbish. Bar man made you feel like you were interrupting his day. Rooms very small considering the cost. Reception staff brilliant.
