I can give only positive feedback for this hotel. It is very close to city centre and Arena Motorpoint. The room was clean and really warm. I very mich like that you can control the room temperature so easy.
Unfortunately a very poor experience, trying to find the car park entry I called four times before I got through (rang out) when I did get through the staff were very unhelpful and would not listen to my needs so used an NCP across the road. Once at the hotel I experienced further poor attitudes, no welcome or quick overview of the facilities, the room was dirty and the TV did not work, there for 2 nights and reported it but no action taken
Lovely rooms the gym is a bit small but serviceable. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again
Great location, very comfy beds, helpful staff . Close to city center, Notts Castle etc. Lots of good cafes nearby. 10 min walk to the train station. Highly recommend.
The hotel has a fantastic location close to the town (3 minute walk). Its modern and the rooms are well looked after. Staff are polite and customer focused. Breakfast is fab catering for all needs.
