Shaun on reception was super helpful on check In. Room clean, modern and just as described on website. Even has a dishwasher... Happy guest
Good service and good quality
It was exactly what we wanted and needed. The kitchen was fully functional (minus a real oven but the microwave did have a pseudo-grill option). The room was clean and tidy and very chique. Though, the shower had some small issues where it wouldn't hold temperature for longer than 45 seconds and would cycle back to cold for about 5 seconds. But that was most likely just our room. Overall, a pleasant experience.
The only special part for this hotel is theres a small kitchen area in each room so if you are planning to stay in nottingham for longer term or prefer to cook its a good place. Otherwise the premier inns nearby are better(yes there are two premier inn within 3 minutes walk nearby)
Bathroom smelt like public Toilets and floors where dirty. Blood on pillow case, and breakfast was stale likes it's been left out all night. Early check in 10 fee (obviously doesn't go to cleaning) . Won't be returing.
