Went here for Sunday lunch last week. The restaurant is closing so wanted to visit one last time. The staff as usual were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Had a relaxing drink in the lounge before heading to our table in the lovely dining room. Selecting from the well priced set menu I enjoyed the beetroot cured smoked salmon which was beautifully presented and tasted great. This was followed by roast beef with all the bits and pieces, the beef was perfectly cooked and the Yorkshire pudding was outstanding. Its a shame that Harts is closing as its one of the best restaurants in Nottingham and Ive enjoyed some great meals there.
As always a great place. HAVE LIVED IN Nottingham 20years and although don't visit Hart's regularly, it remains a brilliant first choice venue to entertain friends and family. Good service, experience and recommend it unreservedly.
Stayed here on NYE. What a fabulous place to stay whilst in Nottingham, just off the beaten track so nice and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from Market Square. From checkin to checkout it was faultless. Very attentive staff as you would expect from such a great place. The breakfast was very nice indeed, best hotel buffet breakfast I've had and believe me, I have had more than my fair share in the past. Great toast, soft butter on your table, lovely coffee, sausages were plump and tasty, bacon was nice and thick, herby mushrooms and runny poached eggs. Followed by some lovely preserves on toast. Top notch!!! Well done Tim keep up the good work.
I visited Hart's restaurant with my family for dinner. The menu was very good, the Manager greeted us at the door, he was very friendly and helpful. He took us to a very nice table where a friendly waiter greeted us and took our order. The service was excellent and the meal was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good, friendly service and an excellent menu. We will return. Thank you for a lovely experience
A good pick for a nice meal out in Nottingham. We had a lovely meal and they asked the right questions for the drinks we had in the bar before going for our meal. To the extent they even allowed my somewhat selective wife try the wines to see if there was one to get palate.
