Had a Christmas meal with 6 other family members today and the service and food was exceptional. 25 for 3 courses including a vegetarian option. Would highly recommend and will be coming back.

Nice hotel. Well stocked bar with good choice of drinks. Feel the rooms are in need of updating maybe. Good value and would happily use again.
Wonderful hotel. Got upgraded even before we arrived. Disabled access is great and staff do everything they can to make sure that we had access even in my wide wheelchair. There is plenty of parking and from check in to check out it was a fantastic place to stay.Every single member of staff we met were great, the customer service level here is extremely high and we felt very valued as guests which was amazing. The foyer is modern, clean and welcoming. We saw a bar and place to eat along with lots of places to just relax, sit and chat.Our room (one of the executive rooms) was exquisite. Very modern and extremely clean with all the added extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The bed was HUGE! And so comfortable, even with my disability and back problems I had a fantastic night's sleep. We went past a standard room which was being cleaned on the way out and saw that even the standard rooms are of a high level. I cannot fault this place at all. Highly recommended. Top marks to you all.
Great friendly and welcoming staff, very helpful and professional around. Very well maintained and modern room's and facilities. Nice and relaxing bar and restaurant with sky and bt TV great for all live sport's events. An highly recommended venue for business and relaxing stays. 10/10
