Friendly welcome followed by a comfortable modern room. Spa facilities are excellent and breakfast has so much selection. Fantastic hotel
Staff are nice and the location for centre is good but it is a converted old building which is never as good as a new purpose built hotel. No air conditioning, room was small and view from my room brick and fire escapes. No free parking but car park across the road at reduced rates. They seemed to have improved the decoration in the corridor since a year ago. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Absolutely wonderful. Staff friendly, room lovely. Hotel decorated beautifully for Christmas. Would definitely stay again.
The service was exceptional as you would expect, the location of the hotel could not have been better but having said that, I still would not recommend the hotel. As it looks and feels really really old, not in a good or pleasant way. And the room I stayed in was beyond small. I would prefer not to stay there again.
Lovely hotel with a very 'grand' feel to it. The staff were a delight and The room Was lovely. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had.
