Good place in the centre of the city, quite and clean. All amenities near by. Good and friendly staff..
Clean and practical room, fast check in and out, 3 min walk from city centre with several nice pubs and restraints within 200 metres. Overall great value for money. No car park but there is a multistorey over the road.
Lovely basic hotel. Got told it was cute by my traveling companion. The bathroom is in a pod kind of small but for price you paid it is fine.Close to center and motor point arena will be going again very soon.
Perfectly decent hotel located centrally. There's a tram stop right outside which is very convenient. The bathroom/shower in my room was a very clean kind of space pod, which I thought was cool. Quiet nights sleep, lots of storage for clothes and all the tea stuff available.
I liked the outside look of it but I was very disappointed with the overall experience! Me and my sister stayed here and asked several times for a cot to which the staff had ignored. As well as this downstairs it seems like a social gathering area for staff. The staff seem very out of frame. I also came in at 12 after a night out and the staff had locked the front of the hotel? Not only this but often when walking around my room I pierced my feet on the carpet which is very concerning. I have made complaints about this. Another very disappointing feature is the structure of the bathroom it's very closed and trapping. The doors are very loud and caravan like. I expect that they will take this advice in and do something with it!
