I am a great fan if Premier Inn, they are all very much the same. Staff make you welcome and only really interact with you when you need them. At those times, they are always extremely helpful. For me, this is perfect.
Was pleasantly surprised at how well I was looked. Arrived earlier than planned (12:30) so popped in to see if I could leave luggage in cloak room. Guy at check-in had a look and said he had a room ready so checked me in early. That was really helpful. Room was spotless and bed comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast and restaurant staff were really helpful too. In the morning the waitress noticed I was running late for a meeting took the initiative and offered to do me a packed cooked breakfast and takeaway coffee!It's the little things that make all the difference and this will now be my go-to hotel every time I'm in Nottingham.
Cleanly surroundings and wonderful, comfy rooms. The breakfast provided by the attached restaurant was impeccable and well stocked (apart from not serving back bacon). Enjoyed every minute of my stay x
Clean and tidy good sized room. All staff were pleasant, attentive and helpful. Situayed only a short stroll from the town centre this makes an ideal base. Oh Yes, breakfast was good too.
Well situated hotel room ideal for business or pleasure. The rooms are very clean and quiet and there is lift service. Ample shops and restaurants nearby. The downstairs restaurant is not exclusive to the hotel so I recommend booking for a group otherwise you may not get space. Prices for dinner are reasonable. There is no car park so you will have to use a private car park.
